Every Pink Aspen Advisory engagement follows a single, integrated process that is designed to take your organization from AI uncertainty to confident, responsible adoption. Each phase builds on the last, moving from honest assessment through vision, strategy, and into sustainable change.

A typical engagement timeline is 12–16 weeks for Phases 1–3. Implementation and sustain timelines vary.

This is where strategy becomes structure. I work with your leadership team to define priorities, sequence initiatives, and establish the governance frameworks that will guide responsible AI adoption across your organization. Critically, this phase also builds the change management architecture your people need because research consistently shows that the gap between AI installation and AI realization is almost always a people problem, not a technology problem.
